John D. O’Dell, founder and co-owner, has over 15 years experience in the groundwater industry. John is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a BS in Marine Science. He is a master driller in VA, MD, and NC and is a certified driller and pump installer through the National Groundwater Association. John is also a Virginia Certified Master Water Well Systems Provider. He and his wife Ashley have two daughters, Maggie and Elizabeth.
Richard O’Dell, co-owner, joined the company in January 2007. He has a BS from Virginia Tech, and a background in industrial manufacturing. Richard is a licensed Master Water Well Systems Provider. Richard and his wife Dona have two sons, James and Will.
